What happens during a men's haircut appointment?
It starts with a consultation. Your barber looks at hair type, density, growth pattern and how you style it day to day, then agrees the shape with you before cutting. The cut is finished with styling, so you can see how it sits before you leave.
Can I get a beard trim at the same time as a haircut?
Beard trimming and shaping are part of our barbering service, so the beard line, cheek line and neckline can be shaped to suit the haircut. Choose both when you book.
What is a hot-towel shave?
A traditional wet shave. Hot towels soften the beard and warm the skin, lather is worked in, and the hair is removed with a straight razor in careful passes. It gives a closer result than a home razor and is kinder to skin that reacts to shaving.
How often should I get my hair cut?
Short styles and fades lose their shape fastest and usually look best cut every two to three weeks. Longer or textured styles can often go four to six weeks. Your barber can suggest a rhythm based on how quickly your hair grows.
